Who Are We?

Fair Price Fencing & Property Improvements is a small, family-run business based in Budleigh Salterton, proudly covering East Devon and the surrounding areas.

We are a hands-on family business. My son works alongside me on jobs when he’s not at college, and my wife, supports the business behind the scenes, managing much of the admin. We have also formed partnerships with other local, trusted trades for larger projects. This means you’re dealing with real people who care about both the quality of the work and the service you receive from first contact to completion.

We specialise in fencing and property improvements, and our reputation has been built on genuine 5-star reviews, repeat customers, and word-of-mouth recommendations. We turn up when we say we will, work cleanly and respectfully, and take pride in doing the job properly — no shortcuts, no pressure, and no hidden costs.
